They are boneless, thick, and well-marbled, making them ideal for high-heat cooking methods like pan-searing or grilling.

Our loss is your gain! Unfortunately, a miscommunication with the butcher resulted in everything being labled as mutton. Priced as mutton, but with a potential of 80% of the cuts being lamb. Our sheep are 100% grass fed and 100% grass finished with zero antibiotics and acres of land to roam in a zero stress enviroment.
