Organic Grass - Fed Lamb Rib Chops

Lamb rib chops are a premium, tender, and flavorful cut taken from the "rack of lamb". Often referred to as "lamb lollipops" due to their small size and edible handle (the rib bone), they are considered one of the most tender cuts of lamb.

Our loss is your gain! Unfortunately, a miscommunication with the butcher resulted in everything being labled as mutton. Priced as mutton, but with a potential of 80% of the cuts being lamb. Our sheep are 100% grass fed and 100% grass finished with zero antibiotics and acres of land to roam in a zero stress enviroment.
