If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and resolve it promptly.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • Store credit

  • A refund to your original method of payment

Perishable Products

Because we deliver fresh, perishable food items, all claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. We may request photos of the product and packaging to help us evaluate quality concerns.

Products that have been:

  • Improperly stored

  • Left outside for extended periods

  • Or altered after delivery

may not qualify for a refund.

Delivery Issues

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours so we can correct the issue as quickly as possible.
